Our Beloved uncle Hassen Mohammed Khiar (Hassen Kiar Camceria) had passed away this morning after a prolonged illness. He will bury today, May 6, 2008 in Seattle, Washington, USA He was one of Asmarino Jeberti’s premier tailor shops of shirts. Sarto Hassen Khiar (Sarto Della Camicia) has acquired a remarkable reputation for its quality shirts and garments. The shop was established in the 50th at Via Hail Mariam Mamo, near Club Mare Rosso. Hassen has a wealthy knowledge of the tailoring through those years in Asmara. He used to have a plan to expanded and diversified tailoring to design manufacture and provide high quality garments but due to political situation, the Haile Sellasie Regime had deprived the Eritreans such opportunity. When the Eritrean politics became worse and worse, he had migrated to USA. Hassen was very knowing of his encouraging those Young Eritrean to continue their education and was supporting financial too. He was encourage his employees (Sartos) that “You can work go to school too”. He survived by his wife, six fee thimmatik, was habli jiwarik, fagihi min fitnatil qavr waAAa thabin-nar, wa-anta ahlul-wfa, walhaq, faghir lahu wa hamh, innaka antal-ghafoorur-raheem “O Allah, My uncle Hassen Mohammed Khiar, is under your care and protection so protect him from the trial of the grave and torment of the Fire.. Indeed you are faithful and truthful. Forgive and have mercy upon him, surely you are the Forgiveing the Most Merciful. “O Allah, do not deprive us of his reward and do not let us stray after him.” Allahm8mmah aghfir lahu war hamh, May AllaH SWT give his family patience and strength!
